🍓 A to Z: The Fruity ABC Rhyme
A is for Apple, red, round, and sweet,
Crunchy and juicy, a tasty treat.
B is for Banana, long and yellow,
Peels so easy—hello, mellow fellow!
C is for Cherry, shiny and small,
Two on a stem, the cutest of all.
D is for Dragonfruit, spiky and bright,
Pink on the outside, a magical sight.
E is for Elderberry, purple and bold,
Tiny treasures when the days get cold.
F is for Fig, with a soft little squeeze,
Sweet inside like honey from bees.
G is for Grape, green, red, or blue,
Pop one in—yum! Or maybe two.
H is for Honeydew, cool and round,
Green like the grass, grown from the ground.
I is for Indian Gooseberry, tart and green,
A bite so sharp, it keeps you keen!
J is for Jackfruit, bumpy and big,
Cut it open—it smells like a fig!
K is for Kiwi, fuzzy and brown,
Slice it open—don’t turn down that frown.
L is for Lemon, yellow and sour,
Squeeze it in drinks for a tangy power.
M is for Mango, golden and grand,
Drip-down-your-chin good, from a tropical land.
N is for Nectarine, smooth like a peach,
Juice on your fingers, just out of reach.
O is for Orange, round and bright,
Peel it back for a citrusy bite.
P is for Pineapple, spiky on top,
Chop it in chunks, then munch 'til you stop.
Q is for Quince, a fruit from the past,
Cook it in jam—it’s tasty at last!
R is for Raspberry, soft and red,
Tickle your tongue and dance on your head.
S is for Strawberry, heart-shaped and sweet,
Dip it in chocolate for a dreamy treat.
T is for Tangerine, tiny and neat,
Easy to peel and oh-so-sweet.
U is for Ugli fruit, wrinkly skin,
But take one bite—and joy begins!
V is for Velvet Apple, soft and rare,
A whisper of sweetness hiding in there.
W is for Watermelon, huge and pink,
Juice on your chin with every blink!
X is for Xigua, that’s watermelon too,
In China it grows, all fresh with dew.
Y is for Yellow Plum, golden and light,
Sunshine in fruit, a pure delight.
Z is for Ziziphus, try saying that!
A jujube fruit—imagine that!
